Send a Postcard to Congress

Throughout the challenge we will collect postcards to send to Members of Congress stressing the importance of INCLUSIVE, AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE health care.

Download our print-friendly postcards and share them with friends, family and groups.

• Each page contains 4 different postcards reflecting the four main tenants of a justice-filled health-care system.
• Encourage individuals completing the cards to add their own personal story (space is provided).
• Make sure each person includes their name, city & state, zip code and signature.
• Mail completed postcards to:
